•     Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
•     The item must be in its original condition, unused, and without any benefit gained from it.
•     The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (if applicable).

 Shipping Costs
•     Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges, including international shipping.
•     If the issue is due to an error or defect on our part, we will cover all costs and compensate the customer accordingly.
 Non‑Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
